“A wee note to thank you for a great day yesterday! I found the topic on food most interesting and have already been through the recipe videos on your website.  What really impressed me was your calm demeanours, radiating health, alertness and energy! You must be doing something right! For Kester to sit on the floor for 6 hours talking to a bunch of pre and post menopausal women and speak with such wisdom, common sense and knowledge, and yet to stay so calmly centred, was awesome! I think to try and explain Ayurveda to a ‘western’ mind is a challenge, yet you have inspired me enough to switch from going down the ‘raw foods’ direction to ayurvedic whole foods. Well Done!" - Miranda

"I just wanted to thank you for the amazing workshop on the weekend. I can't quite believe how much Kester covered in the time allowed and how much we learnt. He made a complex subject so easy to understand and it all made so much sense and really hit home. I really appeciated his warmth, care and empathy throughout the day... and all the practical advice. He made it feel like common sense really. It was awesome and I feel truly inspired! Thanks so much!" - Jo

Here is a sneak peak of Kester speaking to give you an idea of what to expect...   don't worry, you will learn what all the Sanskrit words (Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Rasa) mean as part of the course!
