“A wee note to thank you for a great day yesterday! I must admit, as an ‘ole gal,’ I did find some of the Ayurvedic concepts a little difficult to take on board, with my ‘medical model’ nursing background. I found the topic on food most interesting and have already been through the recipe videos on your website.  What really impressed me was your calm demeanours, radiating health, alertness and energy! You must be doing something right! For Kester to sit on the floor for 4 hours talking to a bunch of pre and post menopausal women and speak with such wisdom, common sense and knowledge, and yet to stay so calmly centred, was awesome! I think to try and explain Ayurveda to a ‘western’ mind is a challenge, yet you have inspired me enough to switch from going down the ‘raw foods’ direction to ayurvedic whole foods. Well Done!" - Miranda
